What is your return policy?

While this is rare, we have a 60-day 100% money-back guarantee on all orders. To be eligible for a refund, your last order must be within 60 days from purchase date and your product must be shipped back. Only your most recent order qualifies for a refund (not all orders over time).

How do I cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

All Puridiva orders are shipped with tracking numbers included.

You’ll be sent an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can check your order's whereabouts at all times.

How long does ordering processing take?

So long as there are no issues with the order such as mistakes in the shipping information or an out of stock item, all orders are shipped out within 24 hours. Often a lot faster than that. In the vast majority of cases, the order will ship out same day, or if placed later in the day, the next day. Note that orders do not ship on the weekends or major holidays.

When should I expect my order if I'm located in the US?

Depending on your zip code and the time of day you'll be offered either Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day expedited shipping options. This is dependent on whether we have units in warehouse near your address available to be delivered quickly. For all other orders we offer 2-5 Day FedEx Ground Economy within the continental United States. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii the delivery takes between 3-14 days.

When should I expect my order if I am located in the EU?

Delivery across the EU typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

When should I expect my order if I am located in the UK?

In the UK, delivery typically takes 2–3 days.
